3. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ATHRIONIX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast fulfillment, orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos within 72 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If a carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
